Desi Serensky was at one point the guidance counselor at Middle Area High. She left after the last in a string of unpleasantnesses that culminated in her being brainwashed into a creature of Martha Stewart-like evil, and is now living with Edmund Ruthven and her ward Nikolai Serensky--aka Nick Sorensen--while she searches for a job as either a receptionist or an oil-change technician.
She just happens to be a hedgewitch.
